Hi, name’s Lee and I’m actually formatting this post with correct-ish grammar because I feel like I need to be Polite (genuine). I’m a semi-closeted genderqueer bisexual student at a very conservative private christian university who’s in too deep to get out of this school.  I’ve reached a point where I’ve got to make this post.  I lost my job back in January due to the ADHD/likely autism causing such severe time blindness that I had consistent issues with arriving late to my shift.  I’ve been limping by on savings and the generosity of a closer circle of friends/small twitch community since then

HOWEVER, it’s definitely time to cast my net a bit further as that money is no longer enough (love y’all)

As pictured above, I have $5.65 in my bank account right now, and some additional bills coming up.  I am actively searching for a job currently, however that is unlikely to come through in time, as I have a trip later this month I can’t get out of.  This is further complicated by the fact that due to past issues with my bio family I can’t tell them that I don’t have a job right now, and that trip is with that family.

TL;DR:   I need $200 by the end of the month to pay my utilities, and eat until I get a job.  Tumblr is a long shot but it’s still worth a shot

I’m starting to think I may have messed up by including the word “fancy”, and thus making the crest option more appealing. Oh well. Polls can’t be edited once they’re posted, so it will be shaped however it will be shaped.

Actually this is an issue I see in most of the polls here. When you write a post, you want the last words to be remembered. Finishing with a punchline, a joke, is the essence of a carefully crafted post. And then I see most people replicate that on polls, keeping the greatest, funniest or most absurd answer for the end to make it matter. But it introduces so much bias to the votes. You read a series of reasonable answers and then bam !

As a Scottish person, I need to say this:

ESTABLISHED TITLES IS A SCAM!

You cannot become a Lord/Lady in Scotland by owning land of any size. The title of Lord or Lady are titles of Peers in the House of Lords, who are members of the House of Lords, the Upper House of the British Parliament. You get a peerage by donating a fucktonne of money to the Tory party being appointed as such by the British Government, not by owning Land in Scotland. If owning land was enough to get you a peerage, my parents would be Lord and Lady Stabbii. They are not. In fact my Dad is banned from any official honours.

There are better ways to support tree planting, rewilding or natural landscape projects in Scotland, namely by donating to either the National Trust for Scotland or the Scottish Wildlife Trust. Both of these charities are trusted, well established and reliable charities that carry out rewilding, tree planting and nature conservation all over Scotland. If you want a cool title, make one yourself.
